Current RFPs & RFQs below:

The Florence Independent School District is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Managers-at-Risk (CMAR) for the Florence ISD Bond Projects  ( Elementary School Renovations,   Middle School Renovations, and High School Renovations and Addition). Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2019.  Proposals (4 copies), one original and three copies are to be submitted to Mr. Paul Michalewicz, Superintendent, Florence ISD, 306 College Ave., Florence, TX 76527

This will be a one-step process with the cost proposals and CMAR’s qualifications included in the same submittal.  A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the above address at 3:30pm on March 25, 2019.  Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but highly encouraged. The selected Construction Manager at Risk is to assist the District and its Architect with pre-construction and construction management services. 

The RFP may be examined and downloaded It is the Proposer’s responsibility to check the site for the issuance of any addendums.

Florence ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities
