2024 New Elementary Technolgy Switch Project:

The Florence Independent School District is requesting proposals for the New Elementary School Technology Switches, Components and Installation, at the Elementary School. 2023 MISCELLANEOUS HAIL PROJECTS:

Sealed proposals will be received by Mr. Rick Kirkpatrick, Superintendent, Florence
Independent School District (the “District”), 306 College Avenue, Florence, Texas 76527, and shall
be received until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the above address, to provide
construction services for the 2023 Miscellaneous Hail Damage Project (“Project”), which
consists of a variety of elements, including HVAC and Reroof. Proposals will be publicly opened
and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at the above address. A non-mandatory pre-proposal
conference will be held at the above address on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
Questions may be submitted before March 20, 2024 at noon, with answers published
by March 25, 2024 at noon. *Please note that the District will be closed the week of
March 11, 2024 for Spring Break.
