Online Student Registration

All registration is completed using our new system called Skyward Family Access.

This registration is for NEW PreKindergarten students only. 

Registration Location: Florence Elementary Gym, April 23, 2024 @ 4PM 

STEP 1- COMPLETE AN APPLICATION (PROVIDED ON-SITE)

IF QUALIFIED:

A NEW 2024-2025 student registration form will be completed. 

Parents or guardians will complete the returning student transfer application. An email regarding
the returning student registration process will be sent if approved. 
LINK WILL BE SENT TO THE PARENT/GUARDIAN EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.

Returning student registration is for students who have previously attended FISD.

STEP 2-Complete Returning Student Registration

Out-of-district transfer students MUST complete a transfer application before registering. Please click the following link for more information https://www.florenceisd.net/229198_2 . (for 2023-2024)

New transfer students MUST be approved before they can access online registration. Approvals are
not guaranteed and are subject to space and other requirements. The approval may take time.

OPENS July 29th. If you have trouble uploading documents, please come in person during an
On-Site Help time.

NEW QUALIFIED PREKINDERGARTEN AND KINDER STUDENTS
Join us on Wednesday, July 26th, anytime between 8:00 and 4:00 at the FES Intermediate

Gym with the required documentation to complete registration. If you missed the April 23 qualification

meeting, complete all qualification documents before enrolling in PreKindergarten.

STEP 1-Request Access

Click the image below to begin the first step to enrolling your new student online.

Complete the required fields to request an account you will use to log in to a secure New Student Enrollment system. Please provide legal guardian information AND an email address you can access to complete Step 2. You will receive an email to the email address you provided to log-in to Skyward Family Access.

STEP 2-Check your Email 

Check your email to access the email sent to you with instructions on login information for Skyward Family Access.

STEP 3-Gather required documents and Complete the New Student Online Registration

Complete the New Student Online Registration. If you reside outside of the Florence ISD attendance zone, you must have an approved out-of-district application to attend.
