FLORENCE ISD

 About Coach Parton: 

I am looking forward to my third season as head basketball coach here at Florence. I have previously coached and taught at Munday High School, Tippit Middle School, Wagner Middle School, and East View High School.

I am from Paducah, Texas, where I was a two-time State Champion in basketball and track. After high school, I graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Kinesiology. 

I have been in the area for 7 years now, and I consider Georgetown home. I met my wife, Hannah, at Tippit Middle School, and she is an assistant principal in the Georgetown school district.
