For everyone’s safety, do not drop students off at the convenience store and have them cross the street. There is no designated crosswalk in that area, and we want safety to remain our #1 priority.

Our SRO (police officer on duty) will kindly ask students to return to their car so parents can use our Driveline system for drop-off. This helps avoid dangerous situations and keeps arrival running smoothly.

We are also working with the City to lower the speed limit near the school. Until then, please:
✅ Slow down in the school zone
✅ Avoid using your phone during arrival & dismissal

📅 First Day of School: Wednesday, August 13

We strongly encourage all families to use the car drop-off line on the first day so students can start learning the routine right away.

If you choose to park and walk, we’ve created a Hug Zone near the front entrance—your special spot to give one last hug before your child heads into the building. After that point, staff will guide students to their classrooms to support their independence and keep the building secure.

Please note: Parking and walking may make it difficult to cross or exit, as the car line will be moving continuously. This can cause delays—another reason we recommend the car drop-off line for a quick, safe arrival.

Thank you for helping us keep all students safe! 💛🦅
