A campus improvement plan (CIP) is a strategic roadmap that schools create to outline goals and actions for enhancing student performance and campus operations. It typically covers a one-year period and includes strategies for improving academics, allocating resources, and engaging the community. The plan is developed collaboratively with input from teachers, parents, and community members and is used to guide how the school will achieve its objectives, such as improving test scores, implementing new programs, or increasing parental involvement.
