Online Student Registration

All registration is completed using our new system called Skyward Family Access.

PreKindergarten ROUND-UP Date: 4/22/2025 - In Person @ The current Florence Elementary Complete Qualification Screening for the 25-26 School Year. Please bring required documents. Document requirements can be found on the Florence ISD website (www.florenceisd.net) If eligible, parents/guardians are required to complete New Student Enrollment on 7/28/2025. The Williamson County Health District will be at Florence Elementary, April 22, 2025, from 4 PM-6 PM to administer shots to eligible students. Returning Student Transfer Application Parents/Guardians of transfer students eligible to apply for transfer for the 2025-2026 school year will receive an email (sent to the primary guardian) with a Returning Student Transfer Application link. We will send out the email by April 7, 2025. We require an application each year. A campus administrator will contact the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of students who are not eligible for transfer. NEW STUDENT TRANSFER APPLICATION Online at Florenceisd.net Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of new transfer students will need to complete an application for approval. The application requires documents from the student's current school, such as attendance and discipline records. Please plan accordingly. To access the application, FISD will have a link posted on www.florenceisd.net on May 1, 2025. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to space and other requirements. The approval may take time. (PK-12TH)ALL NEW, Returning, and approved transfer students Registration Returning Students: Primary parent(s)/guardian(s) may complete enrollment online through the Skyward Parent Portal starting July 28, 2025. FISD requires new families to come in person to verify identification and proof of residency. Parents will need to provide an ID and documents that verify their home address. Prekindergarten Registration

 


This registration is for NEW pre-kindergarten students only. 

Registration Location: Florence Elementary Gym, April 22, 2025 IN PERSON @ 4 PM 

STEP 1- COMPLETE AN APPLICATION (PROVIDED ON-SITE) 

STEP 2 – CHECK ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

STEP 3 – CHECK IMMUNIZIATION 

IF QUALIFIED:

A NEW 2025-2026 student registration form must be completed on 7/28/2025.

Parents or guardians will complete the returning student transfer application. An email regarding
the returning student registration process will be sent if approved. 
LINK WILL BE SENT TO THE PARENT/GUARDIAN EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.

Returning student registration is for students who have previously attended FISD.

Out-of-district transfer students MUST complete a transfer application before registering. 

  1. Returning Students – You should have received an email to complete a 2024-2025 returning student transfer agreement. 
  2. New Transfer Students – will need to wait until the transfer window opens.

STEP 1-Request Access

Complete the required fields to request an account you will use to log in to a secure New Student Enrollment system. Please provide legal guardian information AND an email address you can access to complete Step 2. You will receive an email to the email address you provided to log-in to Skyward Family Access.

STEP 2-Check your Email 

Check your email to access the email sent to you with instructions on login information for Skyward Family Access.

STEP 3-Gather required documents and Complete the New Student Online Registration

Complete the New Student Online Registration. If you reside outside of the Florence ISD attendance zone, you must have an approved out-of-district application to attend.
