The Board of Trustees of the Florence Independent School District (FISD) hereby serves
notice that it will accept sealed bids for the purchase of one, two, or all three of the
following properties. Each property will be offered for sale individually, and bidders may
submit bids on any combination of the properties. FISD reserves the right to award each
property separately, including to different bidders.
Property #1 – Parcel R010643 located at 103 Ledger Street, Florence, Texas 76527, more
fully described as being all that certain tract or parcel, containing 0.31 acre, more or less,
part of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 3 of the Town of Florence according to the plat recorded in
Cabinet A, Slide 214, Plat Records, and being part of the M.J. Wells Survey, Abstract No.
646, Williamson County, Texas. This property is the same property conveyed to Florence
Independent School District, a political subdivision, and located in Instrument No.
9526944, Deed of Records of Williamson County Texas.
Property #2 – Parcel R010644 located at 101 Ledger Street, Florence, Texas 76527, more
fully described as being all that certain tract or parcel, containing 0.525 of an acre, more or
less, and being the same tract conveyed to Florence Independent School District, a political
subdivision, and located in Volume 2609, Page 0336, Deed of Records of Williamson
County, Texas.
Property #3 – Parcel R010642 located at 105 Ledger Street, Florence, Texas 76527, more
fully described as being all that certain tract or parcel, containing 7/8 acre of land, more or
less, and being the same tract conveyed to Florence Independent School District, a political
subdivision, and located in Instrument No. 9659305, Deed of Records of Williamson
County, Texas.

FISD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids
received. Bids received after the deadline or faxed bids will not be considered. The deadline
to receive sealed bids is November 16, 2026 at 1:00 am CST.
