FLORENCE ISD

 About Coach Parton: 

I am looking forward to my second season as  head basketball coach here at Florence. I have previously coached and taught at Munday High School, Tippit Middle School, Wagner Middle School, and East View High School.

I am from Paducah, Texas where I was a two-time State Champion in basketball and track. After high school I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Kinesiology degree. 

I have been in the area for 6 years now and I consider Georgetown home. I met my wife, Hannah, at Tippit Middle School and she is an assistant principal in the Georgetown school district.
